Refund policy

At Karoostyl, quality is guaranteed. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns are for the customer’s account.

Please note that sale items, personalised items and certain fragile or one-of-a-kind pieces may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.
